Defendants. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) JUDGMENT Upon the Stipulation entered by the United States of America, Wolfgang H. Schubert, and Matrix Financial Services, and filed on March 23, 2010 at docket # 25, judgment is hereby entered in the above-captioned action as follows: (1) a money judgment in favor of the plaintiff United States of America and against the defendant Wolfgang H. Schubert for unpaid income taxes, interest, and statutory accruals for the tax years of 1997 through 2007 inclusive, in the amount of $189,926.40 as of January 8, 2010, plus statutory accruals that have accrued and may continue to accrue from January 8, 2010. (2) the United States' federal tax liens associated with the assessments against Wolfgang H. Schubert and described in Paragraph 5 of the Second Amended Complaint (docket # 21) have attached to all of Wolfgang H. Schubert's property and rights to property including his interest in the real property commonly known as 25533 West Wilson Avenue, Wauconda, Illinois 60084 ("25533 West Wilson"), and more specifically described in Paragraphs 10 and 11 of the Second Amended Complaint (docket # 21).

(3) the federal tax liens referred to above are hereby foreclosed on 25533 West Wilson, and 25533 West Wilson shall be sold in accordance with the Stipulation entered by the United States of America, Wolfgang H. Schubert, and Matrix Financial Services, and filed on March 23, 2010 at docket # 25. (4) the proceeds of the sale of 25533 West Wilson, shall be distributed in accordance with the Stipulation entered by the United States of America, Wolfgang H. Schubert, and Matrix Financial Services, and filed on March 23, 2010 at docket # 25.
