STATEMENT In her Amended Complaint, plaintiff Henrietta Jakstavich ("Jakstavich") alleges that her former employers, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title and Trust Company, Fidelity National Title Group, Inc., and Fidelity National Financial, Inc., and her former supervisors, Gus Abello ("Abello") and Jennifer Hahn-Zingre ("Hahn-Zingre"), willfully discriminated against her in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1976, 29 U.S.C. § 621, et seq. ("ADEA"). (Dkt. No. 21 ("Am. Compl.") ¶¶ 1, 6-11.)
