WRITTEN Opinion: Plaintiff's motion for leave to file informa pauperis 3 is granted. The initial partial filing fee is waived. The Courtorders the trust fund officer at Benton County Jail to collect monthly payments from Plaintiff's trust fund account as statedbelow. The Clerk shall send a copy of this order to the Supervisor of Inmate Trust Fund Accounts, 1300 SW 14th Street,Bentonville Arkansas 72712. However, pursuant to 28 U.S.c. § 1915A, the Court dismisses the complaint. T his case isterminated. Plaintiff remains responsible for the filing fee.
