The petitioner is directed to submit an amended habeas petition (plus a judge's copy) with in thirty days of the date of this order. The Clerk is directed to mail the petitioner an amended habeas form and instructions. Failure to comply within thirty days of the date of this order will result in summary dismissal of this case pursuant to Rule 4 of the Rules Governing Habeas Corpus Cases Under Section 2254.
