APPLE INC.'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE PLEAD Defendant Apple Inc. ("Apple"), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby moves this Court for an extension of time within which to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Plaintiff's Complaint, up to and including November 29, 2010. In support of this unopposed motion, Apple states: 1. 2. 3. Apple's answer is currently due on October 28, 2010. Apple seeks additional time to respond to the Complaint. The requested extension is sought in good faith and not for purposes of
