WRITTEN Opinion Signed by the Honorable Elaine E. Bucklo on 12/7/2010: Plaintiffs motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis 3 is granted. The court authorizes the trust fund officer at Plaintiffs place of confinement to deduct $2.60 from P laintiffs account and to continue making deductions in accordance with this order. The clerk shall send a copy of this order to the trust fund office at the Stateville Correctional Center. The clerk is directed to issue summonses for the U.S. Marshal to serve the Defendants. The clerk shall send a magistrate judge consent form and filing instructions along with a copy of this order to Plaintiff.
