STIPULATION TO DISMISS
Plaintiff, WIMO LABS LLC, by his attorneys, Deutsch, Levy & Engel, Chartered, and
Defendant, KESHA SEBERT, by and through her attorneys, stipulate as follows:
1.

These parties have entered into a Release and Covenant Not to Sue Agreement dated June

Pursuant to such Agreement and upon consideration received and acknowledged, WIMO

LABS LLC has agreed to dismiss its complaint without prejudice.

The parties hereby stipulate that the conditions set forth in the Agreement referred to

above have been met and that there are no matters in controversy remaining between them.
WHEREFORE, the stipulating parties below respectfully request that the Complaint be dismissed
without prejudice, each party to bear its own costs and attorneys fees.
