Ms. Albrecht is leaving her employment at the law firm Mandell Menkes LLC and will not be participating in the representation of Breaking Media, LLC, David Lat, Elie Mystal, John Lerner, and David Minkin in this matter. 2. Breaking Media, LLC, David Lat, Elie Mystal, John Lerner, and David Minkin will continue to be represented by other counsel of record from Mandell Menkes LLC. 3. This motion is not brought for the purpose of delaying the proceedings, and granting this relief will not prejudice any of the parties. WHEREFORE, the undersigned counsel respectfully request that this Court enter an order withdrawing the appearance of Sharon Albrecht as counsel for Breaking Media, LLC, David Lat, Elie Mystal, John Lerner, and David Minkin.
