Media, Inc. discloses that it is a privately-held corporation. No publicly held corporation owns
5% or more of Breaking Media, Inc. Breaking Media, Inc. does not have any publicly held
affiliates.

As of December 31, 2011, Defendant Breaking Media, LLC is an inactive New York
limited liability company that merged into Breaking Media, Inc. and therefore no longer exists.
(See Fourth Am. Compl. Ex. 2.)
Defendants David Lat, Elie Mystal, John Lerner, and David Minkin are individuals.
