MINUTE entry before Honorable Jeffrey T. Gilbert: On 10/12/11, the Court entered an order granting Plaintiff's amended motion to strike 50 Exhibit B (a trial transcript) attached to Defendant Abovethelaw.com's Memorandum In Support Of its Motion To Dismiss which, in turn, was attached to Defendant's Motion For Leave To File Brief In Excess of 15 Pages filed on 9/21/11 36 . On 9/26/11, the District Judge granted Defendant's motion for leave to file the oversize memorandum and Defendant filed that memorandum on the same date in accordance with the Court's order with the offending transcript attached 49 . Plaintiff now has brought to the attention of the Court's courtroom deputy that the offending transcript is still on the CM/ECF system as Exhibit 2 to Defendant Abovethelaw.com's Memorandum in Support of its Motion to Dismiss as filed on 9/26/11 49 . Although Plaintiff's amended motion to strike 50 did not reference the offending transcript in Docket Entry 49 as well as Docket Entry 36 , the Court now directs the Clerk to remove from the CM/ECF system Exhibit B to Defendant Abovethelaw.com's Memorandum in Support of its Motion to Dismiss 49 for the same reasons stated in the Court's order of 10/12/11.
