MOTION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE OF STEVEN W. TEPPLER
AS ONE OF THE COUNSEL OF RECORD FOR PLAINTIFFS
Steven W. Teppler, one of the attorneys of record for Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff
Dunstan, pursuant to Local Rule 83.17, hereby respectfully moves this Court for leave to
withdraw his appearance on behalf of Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff Dunstan. In support, Mr.
Teppler states as follows:
1.

Mr. Teppler is no longer associated with Edelson McGuire LLC. As such, Mr.

Teppler seeks leave of Court to withdraw his appearance on behalf of Plaintiffs Mike Harris and
Jeff Dunstan.
2.

Although Mr. Teppler is no longer associated with Edelson McGuire LLC, and

will no longer represent Plaintiffs in this action, Plaintiffs will continue to be represented by
other attorneys at Edelson McGuire LLC, including Jay Edelson, Rafey S. Balabanian, Ari J.
Scharg, Benjamin S. Thomassen, and Chandler R. Givens. Therefore, Plaintiffs will not be
prejudiced by Mr. Teppler’s withdrawal

A copy of this motion will be served upon Plaintiffs and all counsel of record.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff Dunstan and Mr. Teppler respectfully
request that this Court enter an order granting Mr. Teppler leave to withdraw his appearance as
one of the attorneys of record for Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff Dunstan.
