It appearing that an Order of the Executive Committee was entered on January 14, 2013
identifying cases forming the initial calendar of the Honorable Thomas M. Durkin; and
It further appearing that Judge Durkin has recused himself from presiding over 11 C 5807,
Dunstan, et al. v. comScore, Inc., previously pending before the Hon. James F. Holderman;
therefore.
Following the procedures approved by the Court for the creation of initial calendars, 11 C
5807, Dunstan, et al. v. comScore, Inc., is hereby reassigned to Judge Holderman, who may identify
a case requiring like judicial effort for disposition to be reassigned to Judge Durkin as a replacement
for 11 C 5807.
