MINUTE entry before Honorable Young B. Kim: Motion hearing held. For the reasons stated in open court, Defendant's motion to compel 226 is granted. As to Request to Produce #3, Plaintiff Dunstan is ordered to submit the relevant hard drive for inspection by a forensic expert. The court will enter a protective order specifically restricting Defendant's computer forensic expert on the information he/she may share with Defendant. Defendant's expert will be allowed to examine the hard drive at the direction of Defendant, but he/she is not allowed to share the results of the examination with Defendant without first discussing those results with Plaintiffs' counsel. Plaintiffs are ordered to submit a draft protective order by October 18, 2013, with an electronic copy to the court by email (proposed_order_kim@ilnd.uscourts.gov). Defendant is to designate an expert and submit his/her name and address to the court along with any comments about the draft protective order by October 22, 2013. The court will do its best to issue a protective order by October 24, 2013, so that Plaintiffs may deliver Plaintiff Dunstan's hard drive by October 25, 2013, and Defendant's expert can complete the required inspection by November 1, 2013. As to Interrogatory ## 16 and 17, Plaintiffs are ordered to supplement their answers by November 1, 2013.
