AMANDA WILLIAMSON AS DEFENDANT’S COUNSEL
Amanda Williamson, one of the attorneys of record for Defendant comScore, Inc.
(“comScore”) pursuant to Local Rule 83.17, hereby respectfully moves the Court for leave to
withdraw her appearance on behalf of Defendant comScore. In Support, Ms. Williamson states
as follows:
1.

Ms. Williamson is no longer associated with the law firm Quinn Emanuel

Urquhart & Sullivan LLP, which represents comScore.
2.

comScore continues to be represented by other attorneys at Quinn Emanuel

Urquhart & Sullivan, including Andrew Schapiro, Stephen Swedlow, and Robyn Bowland, as
well as Paul Stack of Stack & O’Connor Chartered. Therefore, comScore will not be prejudiced
by Ms. Williamson’s withdrawal.
WHEREFORE, comScore and Ms. Williamson respectfully request that this Court enter
an order granting Ms. Williamson leave to withdraw her appearance as one of the attorneys of
record for comScore.
