Parties' stipulated motion to amend class definition 252 is granted as follows: All United States residents who have had, at any time since 2005, comScore's tracking software downloaded and installed onto their computers via one of comScore's third party bundling partners. Defendant's motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b)(3) 242 is taken under advisement. Plaintiffs' response shall be filed by 11/15/13. Defendant's reply in support shall be filed by 11/29/13. The court will rule electronically and set further dates in that ruling. Defendant's motion to withdraw appearance of Amanda Williamson as Defendant's counsel 261 is granted. Based on the agreement of the parties, Plaintiffs' amended motion for approval of class notice plan 263 is moot. Plaintiffs' motion to file documents under seal 266 is also moot.
