MOTION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE OF WILLIAM C. GRAY AS
ONE OF THE COUNSEL OF RECORD FOR PLAINTIFFS
William C. Gray, one of the attorneys of record for Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff
Dunstan, pursuant to Local Rule 83.17, hereby respectfully moves the Court for leave to
withdraw his appearance on behalf of Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff Dunstan. In Support, Mr.
Gray states as follows:
1.

As of January 6, 2012, Mr. Gray is no longer associated with the law firm Edelson

McGuire LLC, which has been retained to represent Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff Dunstan in
this matter. As such, Mr. Gray seeks leave of Court to withdraw his appearance on behalf of
Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff Dunstan.
2.

Although Mr. Gray is no longer associated with Edelson McGuire LLC, and will

no longer represent Plaintiffs in this action, Plaintiffs will continue to be represented by other
attorneys at Edelson McGuire LLC, including Jay Edelson, Rafey S. Balabanian and Ari J.
Scharg. Therefore, Plaintiffs will not be prejudiced by Mr. Gray’s withdrawal.

A copy of this motion will be served upon Plaintiffs and all counsel of record.

WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff Dunstan and Mr. Gray respectfully
request that this Court enter an order granting him leave to withdraw his appearance as one of the
attorneys of record for Plaintiffs Mike Harris and Jeff Dunstan.
