WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable Suzanne B. Conlon on 9/6/2011: Plaintiff's motion for leave to file in forma pauperis 3 is granted. The Court authorizes the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement to deduct $ 11.60 from Plaintiff's trust fund account and to continue making deductions in accordance with this order. The complaint is dismissed. See 28 U.S.C. Section 1915A. This dismissal counts as one Plaintiff's three allotted dismissals under 28 U.S.C. Section 1915(g). Signed by the Honorable Suzanne B.
