DEFENDANT FACEBOOK, INC.’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 and Local Rule 56.1, Defendant
Facebook, Inc. (“Facebook”) respectfully moves the Court for an order granting summary
judgment in favor of Facebook on each of Plaintiff Timelines, Inc.’s claims and Facebook’s
counterclaims.

Facebook sets forth the grounds for its summary judgment motion in its

supporting memorandum of law, statement of undisputed material facts, and an accompanying
declaration with exhibits.
