MOTION TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE OF COUNSEL
AND NOTICE OF APPEARANCE OF COUNSEL
Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Timelines, Inc. (“Timelines”) hereby moves this Court,
pursuant to L.R. 83.17, to withdraw the appearance of counsel Raven Moore of the law firm of
Reed Smith LLP in this proceeding. Ms. Moore is leaving Reed Smith LLP effective Thursday,
February 7, 2013. Plaintiff continues to be represented by Reed Smith LLP.
In addition, notice is further given that Bruce Van Baren and Michael DeMarino will
make their appearances on behalf of Timelines and will file their Appearance forms separately.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant Timelines, Inc. respectfully requests that the
Court grant this motion and such further relief as is just and appropriate.
