MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated in the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order, Baxter's Motion to Compel Certain of AXA's Communications with its Co-Insurers and Reinsurers under the 1990 AXA Policy [ECF Nos. 410, 41 4] is granted in part and denied without prejudice in part. On or before April 10, 2017, or a different date if the parties agree, AXA shall produce its notice(s) of the Second Generation Litigation to its co-insurers and reinsurers under the 1990 P olicy, and the co-insurers/reinsurers' response(s). This case previously was set for a status hearing on April 11, 2017. [ECF No. 423].
