WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable John W. Darrah on 2/29/2012: Motion for leave to file in forma pauperis [# 3 ] is granted. The court authorizes and orders inmate trust account officials at Plaintiff's present place of confinement to deduct $8.17 from plaintiff's account, and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Clerk shall send a copy of this order to the resident trust office at Pontiac Correctional Center to facilitate compliance. The Clerk is directed to issue summons for Defendant Randle, Taylor, Hardy, Osborn, Peterson, Tanner and Adamson and the U.S. Marshal is directed to serve them. The Clerk shall send Plaintiff a Magistrate Judge Consent Form and Instructions for submitting documents along with a copy of this order. Signed by the Honorable John W.
