Kennelly on 3/26/2014: For the reasons described in this Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court denies Prestige's motion to dissolve the preliminary injunction and asset freeze [d kt. no. 245] but grants the more-recently-filed joint motion to dissolve $386,620 of the asset freeze, i.e., the amount by which the freeze exceeds $913,374 [dkt. no. 274].
