MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For all of the reasons set forth in the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order, Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 67] is granted as to Counts II, III and IV and denied in all other aspects. See a ttached Memorandum Opinion and Order for further details. This matter is set for status hearing on April 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. The Court intends to schedule all pre-trial matters and to set a date for trial.
