MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: The Court hereby grants in part and denies in part Defendants' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings [ECF No. 151] and denies Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment [ECF No. 153]. Plaintiff's claims involving Sergeant Gambino's and Officer Allen's conduct on July 24, 2013, Officer Seropian's and Sergeant Gambino's conduct on November 18, 2013, and the incident involving Officer Seropian on December 19, 2013 will proceed to t rial unless the parties can resolve them before trial.
