AGREED JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF RIVERDALE PLATING
AND HEAT TREATING,LLC AND AGAINST ANDRE CORPORATION
Pursuant to that Confidential Settlement Agreement and Release entered into by
Riverdale Plating and Heat Treating, LLC ("Riverdale") and Andre Corporation ("AC")
(collectively, the "Parties") and dated December 7, 2016, the Parties agree, consent and stipulate
to a judgment as follows:
1. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Riverdale and against AC on Count I (breach of
contract) and Count II (account stated) of the First Amended Complaint in the amount of
One Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand, Two Hundred, Forty-Four Dollars and 90/100
($132,244.90).
2. Count III, Count IV and Count V of the First Amended Complaint were dismissed on
July 22, 2016.
3. Each Party shall bear its own attorneys' fees and costs.
