MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court grants defendant's motion to dismiss 13 as to counts 1, 2, and 3. All federal claims in this case are dismissed and the remainder of the case is remanded to the Circuit Court of Cook County. Enter judgment in favor of defendant and against plaintiff as to counts 1, 2, and 3 of plaintiff's complaint. Status hearing set for 1/14/16 is stricken and no appearance is necessary.
