That a Judgment is entered against John Green, personally. B. That Plaintiffs, Central States, Southeast and Southwest Areas Health and Welfare Fund and Arthur H. Bunte, Jr., Trustee, have and recover judgment from and against John Green in the total amount of $23,378.25. This amount consists of: (1) $18,248.25, which is the value of the assets that were transferred in violation of the Citation; and (2) $5,130.00 in attorneys’ fees. C. That Plaintiffs are awarded post-judgment interest computed and charged at the rate of nine percent (9%) per annum from the date of the judgment until paid in full.
