Defendant's motion to dismiss Count I is denied with respect to the alleged fail ure to promote Plaintiff to the position of Superintendent of Elementary School District No. 159 in September 2016. Defendant's motion to dismiss Count I is granted with respect to the alleged discriminatory acts that took place in 2007, 2011, and 2013; these claims are time-barred, and they are dismissed with prejudice.
