MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For all the reasons set forth in the Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order, Defendant University of Chicago's Motion to Dismiss [ECF No. 12] is granted without prejudice and Defendants UChicago Argonne's and Hyland's Motion to Dismiss [ECF No. 16] is granted without prejudice. If he wishes to do so, Plaintiff is given leave to file an amended complaint within the next 45 days, or by January 25, 2019, but only if he can do so consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
