AGREED MOTION Plaintiffs GateHouse Media, Inc. and GateHouse Media Illinois Holdings, Inc., and Defendant That's Great News, LLC, bring the following agreed motion to extend the time to answer, as follows: 1. This is an action for copyright infringement under the Copyright Act of 1976, 17

U.S.C. §§ 101, et seq., trademark infringement, unfair competition and false advertising under the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1114 and 1125, and unfair competition, trademark infringement, and breach of contract under state law. 2. Plaintiffs filed their Complaint in this matter on June 30, 2010. Defendant was

served, via its registered agent, on July 6, 2010. Accordingly, Defendant's Answer currently is due on or about July 26, 2010. 3. The parties have reached an agreement to extend Defendant's time to answer until

August 9, 2010. 4. Defendant has not retained counsel but its principal, Robert Roscoe, requested

that this Agreed Motion be prepared and filed by Plaintiffs on behalf of both parties.

WHEREFORE, the parties, respectfully and by agreement, request that Defendant's time to answer the Complaint be extended up to and including August 9, 2010.
