ORDER SETTING DEADLINES re 64 Motion for Return of Property filed by Michael Bonty, Sr.: As explained in the attached Order, the undersigned intends to direct the Clerk's Office to file Mr. Bonty's August 11, 2014 motion (Doc. 64) as a p etition for return of property in a new civil case (potentially subject to applicable filing fee and PLRA requirements, plus screening under 28 U.S.C. 1915A). But the Court first DIRECTS the parties to state any objection (or proposed alternative) t o that course of action. Petitioner/movant Bonty and the United States shall each file a Response to Court's 8/17/14 Order no later than September 17, 2014. See Order for details as to contents of response.
