ORDER DIRECTING MARSHAL TO PURCHASE FOOD FOR JURORS WHERE
JURORS ARE NOT SEQUESTERED OR DELIBERATING IN A CIVIL CASE

The Court having ordered the U.S. Marshal to purchase eight meals
for the jury impaneled and sworn herein;
The Court finds that providing these meals will limit jury contact with
the parties and witnesses and permit the Court to manage the case more
efficiently.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE COURT that the Clerk in and for
the Southern District of Illinois shall pay the aforesaid expense in the above
entitled case from the District
Court Fund.
