ORDER Granting in part 54 74 MOTION for Reconsideration filed by Marc Norfleet. The damage claims raised by Plaintiff in connection with COUNT 3 and COUNT 4 should not have been dismissed and are therefore REINSTATED. Plaintiff's request to reinstate the damage claims in COUNTS 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 AND 11 is DENIED.The prior order 11 is MODIFIED and Plaintiff ahall not receive a strike for purposes of 1915(g).
