claims in this case against defendants Judy Hathaway and Ms. James are dismissed with
prejudice;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff George Jenkins, Jr.’s
claims in this case against defendant Jane Doe are dismissed without prejudice.
