ORDER granting 38 Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendant TA Operating LLC: For the reasons thoroughly articulated in the attached Order, the Court GRANTS summary judgment in favor of Defendant on Plaintiff's Title VII Claims. To the e xtent the amended complaint may have contained an IHRA claim, the Court DISMISSES it without prejudice. The Clerk of Court shall clear/terminate all other motions herein and shall ENTER JUDGMENT in favor of Defendant and against Plaintiff on the Title VII claims. See Order for details.
