jury has rendered its Verdict in favor of Defendant Bobby Ragsdale and against Plaintiff

THEREFORE, judgment is entered in favor of Defendant BOBBY RAGSDALE and

against Plaintiff JEREMY ROLAND HODGE.

Plaintiff shall take nothing from this action.
