ORDER: Defendants Chaney, Gordon, and Teverbaugh's motion for summary judgment (Doc. 67 ) is GRANTED. Defendants Trice, County of St. Clair, and St. Clair Sheriff's Department's motion for summary judgment (Doc. 62 ) is GRANTED as t o Plaintiff's conspiracy and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims and DENIED as to Plaintiff's false arrest, respondeat superior, and indemnification claims. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to enter judgment in favor of Defendants Chaney, Gordon, and Teverbaugh and against Plaintiff at the close of this case. Signed by Judge Staci M. Yandle on 3/30/2018.
