IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff has leave to amend his complaint in this action, if he wishes to assert any new facts or claims against MCLAUREN and NICHOLS. Within 28 days of this Order (May 7, 2018), Plaintiff may file a First Amended Complaint.
