ORDER granting 167 Joint MOTION for Settlement Joint Motion for Entry of Consent Decree filed by Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, granting 168 Joint MOTION to Seal Document Joint Motion for Leave to File Exhibit B to Co nsent Decree Under Seal filed by Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Pursuant to the motions for entry of a consent decree and to seal Exhibit B, the Court hereby grants both motions. The consent decree is proper in form, although the Cou rt does not need to nor will it rule on the adequacy of the relief. The Court hereby retains jurisdiction over this case, even after its administrative closing by the Clerk, to enforce the provisions and terms of the decree. The Court allows the se aling of Exhibit B, in light of the fact that the decree sets out the gross monetary settlement and Exhibit B is merely a recitation of each plaintiff's net, a matter of privacy concern to them.
