Pence's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED in part as to civil conversion of the life insurance, deception-based ICVRA liability (Count VI), tortious interference with contract (Count IX), unfair competition (Count XII), unjust enrichment (Count XIII), and civil conspiracy (Count XIV). As Meridian has agreed to withdraw its claims for criminal mischief-based ICVRA liability (Count V) and liability under the I ndiana Uniform Trade Secrets Act (Count XI), Pence's Motion as to these counts is DENIED as moot.
