FINAL JUDGMENT
Through the order docketed as Entry 222, the Court granted the Defendant judgment on
the pleadings with respect to Counts I, II, VI and, to the extent that it alleged violations of state
law, Count III. Through the order docketed as Entry 223, the Court granted the Defendant
summary judgment with respect to all remaining claims. Accordingly, all claims in this action
having been resolved, the Court now enters FINAL JUDGMENT in favor of the Defendant and
against the Plaintiff, such that Plaintiff shall take nothing by way of its Complaint.
