ORDER REMANDING ACTION TO STATE COURT. Currently pending before the Court is Defendant Stryker Corporation and Stryker Bio-tech, LLC's Motion to Sever and Dismiss Plaintiffs' claims against Defendants Ortho NorthEast, P.C. and Dr. John C. P ritchard. [Dkt. 46.] The Court's show cause order is DISCHARGED. [Dkt. 41.] For the reasons detailed herein, the Court denies Stryker's Motion to Sever and Dismiss and remands this action to state court. See Order. Signed by Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson on 1/26/2011.
