("Google"), by and through its attorneys, and Plaintiff, One Number Corporation ("One Number") , by and through its attorneys, jointly move to extend the date for Google to Answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint by July 9, 2010. 1. Google's Answer or other response to One Number's Complaint is currently due on Thursday, June 25, 2010, which time has not yet expired. 2. The parties met on May 25, 2010 and discussed One Number's claims against Google and Google's defenses and responses to those claims. The discussion was productive. Accordingly, the parties jointly moved for an extension of time to June 25, 2010, for Google to answer or otherwise respond to One Number's Complaint, which was granted by this Court. 3. The parties have scheduled a second meeting on June 24, 2010 to discuss their respective positions and determine whether this case can be resolved at an early stage. 4. In order that the June 24 meeting be productive and permit the parties to adequately consider whether this case may be resolved, the parties respectfully request that the
