favor of defendants, Dow Agrosciences LLC, the Dow Chemical Company U.S. Severance
Plan, the Dow Chemical Company Transition Payment Program, and the Claims Reviews
Committee of the Dow Chemical Company U.S. Severance Plan. Plaintiff, Laura Karr, shall
