ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME TO FILE A REPLY IN SUPPORT OF THEIR MOTION TO DISMISS The Defendants, having filed their Unopposed Motion for Enlargement of Time to File a Reply in Support of their Motion to Dismiss (the "Motion"), and the Court, being duly advised in the premises, now grants the Motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that Defendants are granted an enlargement of time, up to and including January 6, 2011, within which to file a reply in support of their Motion to Dismiss.
