APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAR PRO HAC VICE PURSUANT TO S.D. IND. LOCAL RULE 83.5(C) Pursuant to Local Rule 83.5(c) of the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the undersigned counsel moves for admission pro hac vice of Bradley R. Kutrow with the law firm of McGuireWoods LLP, Bank of America Corporate Center, 100 North Tryon Street, Suite 2900, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202-4011, to represent the Defendants Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Bank of America, N.A.; BAC GP, LLC; and BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP, as co-counsel with Krieg DeVault LLP in this matter. respect to his practice. 4. Defendants Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Bank of America, N.A.; BAC GP,

LLC; and BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP will continue to be represented in this matter by Matthew R. Strzynski and Libby Y. Goodknight of Krieg DeVault LLP, Indianapolis, Indiana, who will act as co-counsel with Mr. Kutrow. 5. Mr. Kutrow will abide by the Local Rules of the U.S. District Court for the

Southern District of Indiana, including Appendix B: Standards for Professional Conduct Within the Seventh Federal Judicial Circuit and do all other acts necessary to comply with this District Court's Rules. 6. Mr. Kutrow agrees to pay the local fee of $30.00 for admission pro hac vice and
