ORDER granting the Security and Exchange Commission's 16 Motion for Preliminary Injunction. Defendants are preliminarily enjoined from violating the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The 12 Asset Freeze Order entered on August 26, 2013 shall remain in full force and effect and all assets subject to that order remain frozen pending further Court order. Defendants continue to be enjoined from destroying documents as set forth in paragraph V of 11 the Or der for Temporary Restraining Order and Other Ancillary Relief. Defendants shall make an accounting to the Court within seven (7) days as directed herein. This preliminary injunction shall remain in effect until a Final Judgment is issued or this action is otherwise finally disposed of. Signed by Judge Sarah Evans Barker on 9/9/2013.
