ENTRY DISCUSSING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS AND DENYING CERTIFICATE OF APPEALABILITY - Petitioner Michael Hickingbottom filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (the "Petition") on December 12, 2011, seeking to overturn his con victions for two counts of battery with bodily injury.
