MEMORANDUM OPINION AND INITIAL Review Order: Plaintiffs 14 Pro Se Motion to Amend Complaint filed by James Langdeaux is granted. Plaintiffs must file an amended complaint within thirty (30) days of the date of this order. Plaintiffs 4 Motion for Preliminary Injunction filed by Trey Redowl is denied. Plaintiffs 3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis filed by Raymond Cooper is granted. Cooper is directed to submit an initial partial filing fee of $7.01 by no later than t hirty (30) days from the date of this order. The clerk's office is directed to send a copy of this order and the notice of collection of filing fee to the appropriate official at the place where Cooper is an inmate. The remaining plaintiffs mus t either (a) file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis or (b) pay the $350 filing fee, on an individual basis, within thirty (30) days of the date of this order.
