This matter was recently removed to this Court from Campbell County Circuit Court.
Pending at the time of removal was Plaintiffs’ Motion for an Order of Escrow (Doc. # 1-2).
Having reviewed the Notice of Removal, State Court Complaint, and Plaintiffs’ Motion, and
being satisfied that the Court presently has subject matter jurisdiction over the claims
presented pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1367 and 1441(b), and the Court being
otherwise sufficiently advised,
IT IS ORDERED that on or before February 22, 2012, Defendants shall file an
Answer or other responsive pleading as well as a Response to Plaintiffs’ Motion for an
Order of Escrow.
